Frances Coke

Frances Coke was born in Jamaica. She is Human Resource Management Consultant and was a lecturer at The Mona School of Business, University of the West Indies where she taught Behavioural Sciences and Human Resource Management.

Prior to this, she worked as Executive Director of the Institute of Management and Production and as Training Manager at Telecommunications of Jamaica (now Cable & Wireless). She has also been a high school teacher and guidance counsellor. 

Her other other activities include being a volunteer with Jamaica AIDS Support.

Her first book The Balm of Lilies was published by the Jamaica Observer in 2001. She relocated to Florida in 2007.
