Millicent Graham

Short biography
Millicent A. A. Graham lives in Kingston, Jamaica. Her first collection, The Damp in Things was published June 2009, followed by The Way Home in 2014. Both published by Peepal Tree Press.

She is a fellow of the University of Iowa's International Writing Program, 2009 and was awarded the Michael and Marylee Fairbanks International Fellowship to Bread Loaf Writer's Conference, 2010. Her work has been published in: So Much Things To Say 100 Calabash Poets; the Jamaica Journal; Caribbean Writer; BIM; City Lighthouse; Callaloo and Bearing Witness II.

Millicent is the founder of The Drawing Room Project. It was founded in 2007, out of a desire to draw persons together and engage them in a series of creative conversations through workshops, productions and exhibits.
