To borrow Shivanee's words:

My first public reading of 2022 is queer as *heaven*.

On February 16th, join me online, in the glittering company of Thomas Lockwood-Moran, Bonington Gallery & Nottingham Trent University, for The Power of Queer Caribbean Love: A Reading & Discussion. Let it be a post-Valentine's date with yourself, your languages, and the unfuckening of your queer desires. I'll be reading from Haunting, and wildly new work. Does it transgress? Bitch, does a poui tree bloom in pink and yellow? You know it.

It's free! In a remarkably generous act, the first 20 signups on Eventbrite also receive a free copy of my book, mailed *anywhere* in the world. All signups thereafter still receive a 20% discount via Peepal Tree Press.

See you right after Valentine's, my outrageous and non-binary darlings (and no, you don't need to be queer to attend, we love the power of our loving allies, too.)

Find out more and book your free ticket at Eventbrite.
