Daylight Come by Diana McCaulay

Written by Shari Cooper for Fates_Fables_Golems on Thursday, January 21, 2021

I loved the relationship between Bibi and Sorrel. Bibi's history and what she knows of the world, she wants to protect a headstrong daughter that she raised, it's a battle of wills and sacrifices will be made. The characters in this are just top tier. The survival that is needed and how the dying world still has a little to offer to the humans that have destroyed her.

The only thing I wanted with this novel was more. The world building is just everything and I just wanted to stay there a little longer, look into certain things a bit more but when the world is dying who has time for that?

I recommend this book 100%! and I will certainly be checking out other works by this author.
